At Saola Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable footwear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the unworn shoes in their original eco-friendly box and attach the prepaid label to the outside before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
