What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. Please visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Are Saola shoes vegan?
Yes, 100% of our footwear collection is vegan-friendly. We do not use any animal products, including leathers or animal-based glues, in our manufacturing process.
How should I clean my shoes?
For best results, we recommend removing the insoles and hand-washing your shoes with cold water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing and always air dry away from direct heat.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our quality. Saola shoes come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team with photos of the damage.
